Once you have chosen and paid for your service or shell swap - download the service form to complete and enclose this with your vest before packing up and sending to us. NOTE THE COURIER SHIPPING YOU PAY FOR UPFRONT IS FOR US TO RETURN THE VEST TO  YOU AFTER SERVICING.

REMEMBER TO REMOVE THE CANISTER BEFORE SHIPPING AS ROYAL MAIL WILL DESTROY YOUR PARCEL IF THEY FIND PARCEL CONTAINS A GAS CANISTER EVEN IF EMPTY!

 Option 1. STANDARD ONE OFF SERVICE - For new vests that have been serviced within the last year.  Outer shell is washed, trigger system cleaned, airbag and lanyard inspected.

2. PREMIUM SERVICE - Outer shell washed, airbag replaced, trigger system cleaned, lanyard replaced (Essential if you have purchased a 2nd hand vest you will need to do this option.) Those really are the simple steps to always having a brand new vest, we do recommend you have your vest serviced yearly, after a heavy fall or after 6 inflations in one year.

Your safety depends on it, your warranty depends on it.
