Once you have chosen and paid for your service or shell swap - download the service form to complete and enclose this with your vest before packing up and sending to us.

REMEMBER TO REMOVE THE CANISTER BEFORE SHIPPING AS ROYAL MAIL WILL DESTROY YOUR PARCEL IF THEY FIND IT CONTAINS A CANISTER.

Our latest vests Year of manufacture 2014 or newer are built so that every part can be replaced by us.

1. Standard One off Service - Outer shell washed, trigger system cleaned, airbag and lanyard checked.

2. Premium service - Outer shell washed, airbag replaced, trigger system cleaned, lanyard  & end cap replaced.

Those really are the simple steps to always having a brand new air vest, we do recommend you have your vest serviced yearly, after a heavy fall or after 6 inflation in a year.

Your safety depends on it, your warranty depends on it.
