Introduction
Point Two Equine Ltd (Company Number 06665386) is a private limited Company supplying protective garments to the equestrian and motorbike sectors.

How we collect your information
We collect your contact information when you complete your application to purchase a product or Opt-in to provide consent when responding to Point Two’s marketing activities. We will also collect your Banking data to enable a purchase to be processed.

What do we do with it?

We use this your contact details to inform you of important safety information regarding the products, including important upgrades and service period reminders as well as promoting other related products and activities. Your banking data is used solely for the purpose of processing a purchase.

Who do we share it with?

Point Two Equine Ltd will not sell your data to any third party.  Your data will not be processed outside the EU. 

We do however need to share your data as follows.

Your Banking data will be shared with our payment service provider to enable us to process payments from you, and anti-fraud purposes, for your protection. No Banking data is retained by Point Two Equine

Any contact data for subscribers will be shared through the mail service provider “i-Contact” for the communications described above. Their services are compliant with the GDPR.

Use of Website:

Cookies are used on Point Two Equine’s shopping site only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, and to store delivery addresses when you register. There is an option to store a cookie on the PC when you first register.
