Shipping & Returns

1. Stock

All items are generally held in stock. However, we may sometimes run short due to sudden demand, in which case we will notify you and inform you of the date we expect to receive more stock or offer an alternative.

2. Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders received before 1pm same working day. However this may sometimes be longer due to other circumstances.

3. Shipping

We use DHL,  DX  or Royal Mail on orders placed before 1pm  Mon - Friday  to UK only, (Southern Ireland/Channel Islands / Europe will be shipped DHL. UPS or Fedex standard economy however as we use third party couriers we cannot guarantee this service therefore please allow up to 5 working days for delivery of your order from the date it was dispatched. Service jackets not containing canisters will be shipped on a Royal Mail service.  

Shipping costs to overseas - THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE CUSTOMS DUTY, LOCAL TAXES & HANDLING CHARGE WHICH YOU WILL NEED TO PAY PRIOR TO DELIVERY AS YOU WILL NOT HAVE PAID ANY VAT ON YOUR ORDER.

Co2 canisters are considered dangerous goods and cannot be sent by Royal Mail or Parceforce. Point Two cannot be held responsible for any goods lost or confiscated on return to us if send this method.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Billing can be a PO Box but not shipping.  We cannot send canisters by air freight to any country.

4. High value orders

Orders will be shipped via Courier and will require a signature.

5. Non-delivery

You should inform us if you have not received your order within 5 working days. We will not be able to follow up any claim for non-delivery placed with us more than 28 days after dispatch.

5. Return/Refund Policy

Point Two has a strict 14-days returns policy, which means you have up to 14 days from date of purchase of your item to request a return/refund.

To be eligible for a return/refund on Brand New Vests only, purchased directly from the Point Two Website, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging where possible. You’ll also need the receipt, proof of purchase or order no.  We do not offer refunds on Refurbished vests only an exchange would be offered, so please ensure you have double checked your sizing and are happy with your order before making payment.

TO MAKE A RETURN: you need to email us your order ref, name and contact telephone no to info@pointtwoairvests.com to explain your reason for returnFor example, too big/too small or other. Once we receive your email, we will then contact you with instructions on how and where to send your package. On receipt of your parcel and we are happy that it is in its original condition we will issue the refund less postage.

If you just require an exchange, we can then discuss sizing to help you get the correct fit.

Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

6. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, or any item is missing so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

7. Exchanges

We highly recommend you check your measurements against our sizing chart before you order - we are always happy to help with this if you call the office too or via email. Vests shipped overseas are very difficult to return due to the Co2 cansiters.
If the item you have ordered does not fit and you would like to exchange it for another size or model, please email info@pointtwoairvests.com and quote your order/Invoice no and reason for the exchange.  Once received we will contact you to discuss any changes and advise what to do to return the item to us. Once we receive your original item in its original condition, we will then send out your replacement.


8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded on to your original payment method. Please remember it can take 10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
