All items are normally held in stock. However we may sometimes run out due to sudden demand, in which case we will notify you and inform you of the date we expect to receive more stock.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. However this may sometimes be longer due to other circumstances.
Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery of your order from the date it was dispatched.
Orders over $50 in value may be shipped via special delivery or a courier service for extra security.
You should inform us if you have not received your order within 14 days. We will not be able to follow up any claim for non-delivery placed with us more than 28 days after dispatch.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition (air jackets must not have been inflated). Please notify us of the return within 3 business days of receiving your item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (original delivery and return delivery costs, wherever made by Point Two, will still be payable by the customer). You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 days of our receiving your return. If you require an exchange, please contact us so we can arrange this for you. A 20% restocking fee will apply to returns after 3 days from the date you received the item. No returns after 30 days will be accepted.
