Remember to print off your Service Form below and enclose with your vest. 

1. Download Service Form

   Once you have pre-paid for your service or shell swap - download the above service form to complete and enclose this with your vest, package up and post to us, the shipping you are paying for is for us to ship the vest back to you once service completed. We do not supply you with a label to post it to us just send via royal mail as detailed on the service form (UK only) for overseas you have to chose your best way to send it if not using your postal service.

2.  All the details you need to know about how to post etc are on this service form.

    *From January 2018 we are unable to service jackets that take the screw in canisters however we do offer a 50% off trade in option. For more information click the below - Please ensure you send in the lanyard with your jacket for servicing and upgrading.

   Our vests are built so that every part can be replaced and replaced by us. Not some far away manufacturing facility or distribution centre. It's simple – you send it to us, we service it, and we send it back to you in new condition. How new? We put a brand new airbag in it, we professionally clean it thoroughly inspect it including the lanyard, service the trigger mechanism. Although that's not technically a brand new air vest, it kind of is.  

   We also have a “grow with us” programme.  Let's say your child has outgrown their vest ( only applies to Child sizes Small - Large and the bayonet style not older screw in models these would need to be upgraded) during your next service, for just £190 + p&p  we can change out your child's air vest shell for one that fits properly.  For any advise on fitting please feel free to call the office and chat with us.

    Those really are the simple steps to always having a brand new air vest, we do recommend you have your vest serviced yearly or after 6 inflations. Your safety depends on it, your warranty depends on it. So, when your season is finished, have your vest re-finished. 

   Service & Shell Swap - Fancy a change to your vest colour. Our most popular model, the ProAir, comes in a range of different colours and for 2023 we have introduced 3 new colours - Teal, Fuschia and Florescent and Hi Viz Pink.  If you chose black, because you thought it would go with anything, but now realize that Pink matches your show colours perfectly. Don’t worry. Just send it back and we’ll change it (applicable fees are listed on the form). Remember at the top of this page when we said you would never have to buy a new jacket? This is just further proof that we weren’t lying.
