   Once you have paid for your service or shell swap - download the service form to complete and enclose this with your vest before packing up and sending to us.

   REMEMBER TO REMOVE THE CANISTER BEFORE SHIPPING AS ROYAL MAIL WILL DESTROY YOUR PARCEL IF THEY FIND IT CONTAINS A CANISTER.

   Our vests are built so that every part can be replaced and replaced by us.

    It's simple – you send it to us, we service it, and we send it back to you in new condition. How new?

   We put a brand new airbag in it, we clean it thoroughly inspect it including the lanyard, service the trigger mechanism.

   Those really are the simple steps to always having a brand new air vest, we do recommend you have your vest serviced yearly, after a heavy fall or after 6 inflations in the one year.

   Your safety depends on it, your warranty depends on it.
